> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.myfundingmachine.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Affiliate Manager > Every Affiliate Manager guide in one place: campaigns, partner records, commissions, payouts, media, settings, and the partner portal. # Affiliate Manager The Affiliate Manager is where you run your partner program inside the CRM: build campaigns, add partners, decide what they earn, and approve their payouts. **"Affiliate" means partner.** Partners are stored as *affiliates* here, and Funding Machine's [Partners workspace](/operators/partners/overview) reads the same records and joins them to your funding results. Affiliate Manager is the source of record; these guides keep its literal **Affiliate** labels in steps and screenshots. New to it? Core metrics, conversion trend, leaderboard, pending actions, latest commissions. ## Campaigns Campaign metrics, and the table to edit, publish, clone, or delete campaigns. The full build: details, source, products, commissions, partners, and settings. Duplicate an existing campaign's configuration. Bring campaigns over from FirstPromoter. Track partner leads using forms, surveys, or calendars as the source. ## Partner records In the CRM these sit under **Affiliate Manager → Affiliate**. Search, filter, export, and the per-partner actions menu. One at a time, in bulk, or imported from contacts. One partner's stats, links, commissions, leads, customers, and payouts. Add, remove, or move partners between campaigns from the list. Permanently remove a partner — and what to check first. Let a partner reach their portal without credentials. Give a partner's referrals an exclusive discount. Disable, move, or remove an attributed customer; delete a denied commission. ## Sub-affiliates and tiers Pay partners on their own sales and their sub-affiliates' sales. Attach a partner under a parent from the Sub-Affiliate tab. Let partners recruit their own sub-affiliates. ## Commissions Override a campaign's rate for one partner. Cap recurring commissions and vary the rate by charge count. Pay a fixed amount for every referred lead. Pay when a referral completes a qualifying purchase. Record a sale that happened outside the tracked link. ## Payouts The payout queue: pending, approved, paid, denied. Automatic PayPal payouts vs. manual bank transfers. Pay approved commissions without exporting. ## Portal, media, and settings Turn on the portal and choose what partners see. Share creative, scoped to specific campaigns. Global defaults: notifications, cookie life, payout terms, sub-affiliates, portal. Rename Affiliate Manager labels to match your brand.
