# Funded Breakdown

> Read approved funding on a Contact and understand which plans are visible.

# Funded Breakdown

Open a Contact to see its **Funded Breakdown**. **Total Funded** adds the approved amounts from the visible funding plans, using the same calculation as **Amount** on the [Clients page](/operators/funding/clients).

Funding plan edits update the Contact view live. You do not need to reload the page to see a saved amount or a newly published plan.

## Access

When **Only Assigned Data** is enabled, Operators see funding plans for their assigned Contacts. Verified Funding Machine agency staff can view published plans for the Contact they are working on, including when they do not have a Location-specific assignment record.

Processing drafts stay hidden until they are published to the Operator. Agency access does not publish a draft or change its funding amount.
