> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.myfundingmachine.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Resend or Copy the Application Link > Resend the Processing Application through the CRM, or copy the form link to text the client yourself. # Resend or Copy the Application Link When a client still needs to complete the **FM Processing Application**, use the Application tab to send the link again or copy it for a manual text or chat. ## Resend through the CRM 1. Open the applicant or client in Funding Machine and select **Application**. 2. Click **Resend Application** (empty state or under **Processor workspace** after a submission is already captured). 3. Funding Machine queues the existing CRM workflow so the client receives the Processing Application link again. Use resend when the client never got the first message, needs a corrected answer after capture, or should open the form again from their usual CRM channel. ## Copy the form link to send manually Beneath **Resend Application**, Funding Machine also shows: > Or copy this link and manually send it to client 1. Wait for the link to load (it is your Location's shareable FM Processing Application form URL). 2. Click the copy control next to the link. 3. Paste it into a text, chat, or email outside the CRM resend path. The copied link is the same Location form link used after agreement signing. It is not unique per contact — the client still fills the form themselves. Resend and the copyable link appear only when the Processing Application workflow is required for that contact (gate on, and the contact is not grandfathered). If the link fails to load, click **Retry**. Confirm your Location has exactly one form named **FM Processing Application**. Find a submitted application that is missing from the file.
