# Editing Form Fields

> Enter numeric values without accidental changes from mouse-wheel or trackpad scrolling.

## Numeric fields

Scrolling over a numeric field moves the page without increasing or decreasing its value. This applies throughout Funding Machine, including settings, filters, and dialogs.

If you were editing that field, scrolling over it ends focus. Click the field again to continue typing. Fields that save when you leave them still save your typed changes normally.
