Lexington Capital

Lexington Capital is the Revenue Based partner for smaller files. It shops MCA and BLOC deals across its lender network. Lexington is lender-paid: it funds the deal, then pays you a referral fee. The Submit file to lending partner step of the Revenue Based workflow sends a file to Lexington when the business’s monthly revenue is under $75,000.

One-time setup

The first time a file goes to Lexington, the Submit file to lending partner dialog asks you to set it up:
  1. Click Sign up as an ISO with Lexington Capital and complete Lexington’s sign-up form.
  2. Tick I’ve signed up as an ISO with Lexington Capital.
  3. Paste the client application link from Lexington’s partner portal into Partner application URL.
  4. Click Save Lender Setup.
You only do this once. You can change the link later under Settings → Lender Integrations.

Send a file

After setup, Lexington sends you submission instructions. Follow them to send the deal package: the last 4 months of business bank statements. No signed application is needed. In the dialog, send your client the application link with Email application link to client, or copy it. Tick the confirmation box and click Mark Submitted & Complete Step. Lexington then works the file with your client. When Lexington pays your referral fee, record it as described in Record the commission.
