Download an Application

  1. Open the applicant or client in Funding Machine and select Application.
  2. Once the submitted application is loaded, click Download PDF above the answers.
  3. The PDF downloads to your device with every saved question and answer, grouped into the same sections as the Application tab. Long answers continue onto additional pages.
The PDF includes the submission date and the current saved answers, including saved processor corrections. Save or cancel any edits before downloading. Processors can also download the PDF from the processing queue’s Application section or the standalone application page.
The download is available once an application has been captured or linked. In demo mode, spotlight the contact to reveal their answers and enable downloading.
If the download fails, click Download PDF again to retry.

Find a submitted application that is missing from the file.

Resend or copy the application link

Resend through the CRM or copy the form link to text the client.
