Applicants

The Applicants page is your command center — every client you’ve submitted for funding lives here, with their current status, credit score, and funding details.

Viewing Your Applicants

The table shows all your submissions with key columns:
  • Name — Client’s full name (click to open their detail page)
  • Status — Current processing status (see quick reference below)
  • Credit Score — Latest score from the credit pull
  • Funded Amount — Total approved funding once complete
  • Submitted — When the client was submitted

Clients in “Additional Info Required” are paused until you respond. Every day you wait adds a day to their funding timeline. Check for these daily.

Filtering & Searching

Type a name, email, or phone number to find a specific client instantly.

Filters

  • Status — Filter by processing status to focus on what needs attention
  • Date Range — Filter by submission date to see recent or older submissions
  • Score Range — Filter by credit score bracket to analyze submission quality
  • Saved Filters — Save your frequent filter combinations for one-click access
Create a saved filter for “Additional Info Required” and check it every morning. This is the fastest way to make sure nothing is stalled in your pipeline.

View Modes

  • Table View — Standard row-by-row list, great for scanning
  • Grouped View — Group by status, score range, or other fields for a pipeline-style view

Column Customization

Click the column settings icon to:
  • Show/hide columns based on what you care about
  • Reorder columns by dragging
  • Adjust column widths
  • Save your preferred layout (persists across sessions)

Client Detail

Click any applicant to view their full profile:
  • Personal information and contact details
  • Credit report details with score breakdown
  • Funding plans and current status
  • Processing history and timeline
  • Notes from the processing team
The processing team leaves notes on the client detail page when they need information or want to share context about a decision. Check these notes before reaching out with questions — the answer may already be there.

Frequently Asked Questions

Use the Status filter and select “Additional Info Required.” Or create a saved filter for it. These are the only clients that need action from you — everything else is being handled by the processing team.
You can’t delete a submission, but you can request cancellation by contacting the processing team through the client’s detail page. If a credit pull has already been completed, it cannot be reversed.
The credit pull may still be pending, or it may have failed (usually due to incorrect SSN or DOB). Check the client’s detail page for the report status and any error messages.
