Clients

The Clients page is your wins board. Every client here has been approved and funded — this is where you track your success and measure your business performance.

What’s Here

Clients are applicants who have made it through the full pipeline. This page shows:
  • Client Name — Name and contact info
  • Funded Amount — Total dollar amount funded
  • Funding Type — Card stacking, term loan, MCA, or a combination
  • Status — Active, completed, or other
  • Date Funded — When the funding was completed
This page only shows clients who have been approved and funded. For your full pipeline (including pending and declined), use the Applicants page.

Difference from Applicants

  • Applicants = everyone you’ve submitted (all stages, all outcomes)
  • Clients = only those who have been approved and funded (your closed deals)
Think of Applicants as your pipeline and Clients as your scoreboard.

Tracking Your ROI

Use the Clients page to measure what matters most to your business:

Total Funded Volume

Add up your Funded Amount column to see your total lifetime funding. Compare month-over-month to track growth. This is the number one metric that shows whether your sourcing and submission strategy is working.

Funding Type Breakdown

Look at the Funding Type column to understand which products your clients qualify for most. If most of your deals are card stacking, your clients likely have strong credit profiles. If you’re seeing more alternative lending, your average credit quality may need attention.

Average Deal Size

Divide your total funded by your client count to get your average deal size. Use this to forecast revenue and set goals. A rising average deal size means you’re submitting higher-quality clients. Compare how many clients appear each month. Consistent growth means your pipeline is healthy. Flat or declining months are a signal to ramp up submissions.
Export your Clients data periodically and build a simple spreadsheet to track your monthly funded volume, average deal size, and revenue. This gives you a clear picture of your business trajectory that’s hard to see from the dashboard alone.

Use the Reports page to see aggregate data on your funded clients:
  • Total funded amounts over time
  • Breakdown by funding type
  • Average funded amount per client
  • Monthly trends and growth rates

Celebrating Your Wins

Your Clients page is proof of what you’ve built. Use it to:
  • Show results to prospects — Total funded volume demonstrates your track record
  • Set monthly goals — Compare current month to previous months and push for growth
  • Identify your best sources — Look at which types of clients get funded most often, then focus your sourcing there
  • Report to stakeholders — If you report to partners or investors, this page gives you the hard numbers
Every client on this page represents revenue for your business. If you’re not seeing enough clients here, revisit your submission quality and credit pre-screening practices.
