Funding Machine reads the leads and customers assigned to each partner in your CRM’s Affiliate Manager. The relationship uses the partner’s affiliate record ID and the referred contact’s CRM ID. A referral code change does not disconnect those contacts, and a commission is not required.

Refreshing referrals

After the partner’s first sync, referral relationships refresh about hourly. Refresh from CRM also requests an update. Large lists continue in the background even if you close the tab. Syncing referrals… means the saved list may still be incomplete; Sync delayed means a read failed and will be retried. The partner record loads 100 contacts at a time. Choose Load more referrals to see subsequent contacts. A + beside a count means it is a lower bound. Directory referral counts may also be bounded; open the record to load the complete referral list.

Corrections and conflicts

Correct assignments in your CRM. Disabled, deleted, or removed relationships stop contributing to the referral list after synchronization. Failed or incomplete scans preserve previously saved relationships. Reinstating an assignment restores it on a later sync. When CRM records name different partners for the same contact, Funding Machine leaves the referral unassigned for review. Confirm the intended partner and campaign in the CRM, then refresh. Old referral URLs cannot override a CRM-confirmed assignment or revive a removed one. For contacts without a recorded CRM affiliate relationship, Funding Machine can still use exact referral-code matches from contact attribution or commission evidence. This historical fallback is less reliable than an explicit CRM assignment.

Reports and commissions

Partner reports use the same referral population as the partner record, including leads with no commissions. Reports read additional contact pages automatically, up to 10,000 contacts, and report truncation if that limit is reached. Commission and payout figures continue to come from their respective CRM records. Linking a lead never creates a commission; removing a referral never deletes historical commission amounts. If a referral is missing, check that the contact is listed under the correct affiliate and campaign in your CRM, then refresh. See Troubleshooting.
