Settings

Access your settings from the gear icon in the left sidebar.

Account Settings

  • Company Info - Your business name and contact details
  • Users - Manage team members who can access your account
  • Notifications - Control which email and in-app notifications you receive

User Management

Add a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings > Users
  2. Click “Invite User”
  3. Enter their email and select a role
  4. They’ll receive an invitation email

Roles

  • Admin - Full access to all features and settings
  • User - Can view clients and reports but limited settings access

Notifications

Configure which events trigger notifications:
  • New funding approvals
  • Credit report completions
  • Status changes on your clients
  • Invoice and billing updates
