Account Settings

Company Info

Update your business name, contact details, and company address. This information appears on invoices and client-facing communications.
Keep your company info up to date — it’s used on invoices sent to you and may appear in lender correspondence on behalf of your clients.

Users

Manage team members who can access your Funding Machine account. Add, remove, or change roles for anyone on your team.

Notifications

Control exactly which events trigger email and in-app notifications. Fine-tune these so you stay informed without getting overwhelmed.

User Management

Add a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings > Users
  2. Click “Invite User”
  3. Enter their email and select a role
  4. They’ll receive an invitation email with a link to set up their account

Roles

RoleWhat They Can Do
AdminFull access to all features, settings, billing, and user management
UserView clients, applicants, and reports. Cannot change settings or manage users
If you have team members who only need to check client statuses and reports, give them the “User” role. This keeps your settings and billing secure while giving them the visibility they need.

Remove or Change a Role

  1. Go to Settings > Users
  2. Click the user you want to modify
  3. Change their role or remove their access entirely

Notification Preferences

Configure which events trigger notifications and how you receive them:
EventWhat You’ll Be Notified About
Funding ApprovalsWhen a client’s funding is approved by a lender
Credit Report CompletionsWhen a credit pull finishes successfully
Status ChangesWhen any of your clients move to a new pipeline stage
Additional Info RequiredWhen a processor needs more information to continue
Invoice & Billing UpdatesWhen a new invoice is generated or a payment is recorded
We strongly recommend keeping “Additional Info Required” notifications turned on. Missing these requests is the number one cause of processing delays.
