Share Funding Forms & Referral Links
Every partner record carries the assets that partner needs to refer, already attributed to them. Which one to send:
Assets appear once the partner’s verified referral code has synced. Funding Machine finds your account’s funding form on its own — there is nothing to select. If the referral code or form is unavailable, the funding preview and embed are unavailable too. Use Check again when shown, or Refresh from CRM after correcting the partner’s campaign enrollment.
The standalone link, embedded funding form, and branded page shown in the funding preview carry the same funding-campaign attribution. Funding attribution is checked against your confirmed Apply for Funding page for every identity source. A signup-campaign referral code cannot substitute for a funding-campaign code. Signup assets recruit partners and use a different form; do not use them to collect funding applications. A missing signup-form identifier does not block the funding form when the partner’s synced CRM referral link matches their single enrolled campaign and that campaign points to your confirmed Apply for Funding page. Manually pasted links cannot establish this identity. A cached Contact referral code also requires a matching funding-campaign link; an old code from a previous campaign cannot credit a new application. Verified funding assets are ready without waiting for signup data when partner signup is turned off or its form is unavailable.
The latest CRM campaign-membership list takes precedence over saved referral mappings. Removing a partner from the funding campaign also removes its funding embed attribution, even if an older campaign code remains cached. When signup is enabled and a known campaign or selected signup form needs hydration, opening the record performs one bounded CRM discovery refresh. Missing funding campaign details also get a discovery refresh before funding identity checks. If campaign data stays unavailable, use Refresh from CRM after correcting setup or ask support; Contact-only retries cannot repair it. If discovery supplies the signup form, its referral identity can then recover separately; an unavailable signup form never starts repeated Contact-only refreshes or blocks ready funding assets.
1. Find the Referral assets card
Open a partner; Referral assets is the first card on the Overview tab. 2. Copy the funding referral link
Use Funding referral link under Refer funding leads. It belongs to the verified funding campaign and carries the same attribution as the funding form. Use the open-in-new-tab button to confirm it loads your application page before sending. A saved CRM link appears separately for reference and setup; it may belong to another campaign and does not replace the verified funding link. 3. Open "Open funding form & embed"
The window shows the funding application, a copyable Standalone funding form link, the Branded referral page link when available, and the complete embed code. Open the standalone link in a new tab if you want to use the form without a surrounding branded page.
4. Copy the funding form embed code
Paste the complete snippet into the HTML of the partner’s website where the application should appear. It includes an iframe and a loader script; keep both. Copying retains the partner’s referral code. Close the window to return to the record; Show code on the card also lets you copy the snippet without opening the preview.
5. Copy sub-affiliate assets when enabled
Anyone who signs up through it is recorded under this partner — how you build a tiered program.Use Show code on the Signup form embed code row to recruit partners from a website. 6. Override a missing referral link (admins)
If the CRM never published a usable saved link, click the pencil on the separate Referral link row, paste the link from Affiliate Manager, and save. This changes the saved reference link, not the verified funding campaign or the funding form’s attribution.A manual override always wins over the saved synced value, even after later syncs. Use it only when the CRM link is genuinely missing, and clear it once the CRM catches up. It cannot establish funding attribution.
Recruiting with no referrer? Share your CRM’s Affiliate Sign Up Form straight from your CRM. Those sign-ups arrive with no referring partner, ready for your CRM workflow to add as top-level partners. Funding Machine only builds attributed assets, so it never hands you a link that credits nobody by accident.
Never hand-edit a link — the tracking code inside it is what credits the partner. Shorten with a redirect service if needed, but keep the destination byte-for-byte.
FAQ
The partner is not enrolled in the funding campaign.
Enroll the partner in the intended funding campaign in your CRM, then use Refresh from CRM. Check again is hidden in this state because Contact-only retries cannot change campaign membership. Signup assets can still be used when separately configured and attributed.
The card says the signup link and embed code aren't available yet.
Funding Machine could not settle on your account’s sign-up form. It looks for exactly one CRM form named Affiliate Sign Up Form; if there is none, or several, it stops rather than guessing. Fix the naming in your CRM and reopen Partners. Contact support if the card still says this.
The card says the Apply for Funding form embed code isn't available.
Funding Machine could not find your account’s Apply for Funding form. It looks for exactly one CRM form named 1. MAIN Apply For Funding Form; if it was renamed, deleted, or duplicated, it stops rather than guessing. Restore exactly one form with that name in your CRM and reopen Partners. Contact support if the card still says this. The referral link still works in the meantime.
The card says attributed assets aren't available for this partner.
The account’s form is resolved but this partner has no referral code yet. Confirm they are enrolled in the campaign that owns the form, then Refresh from CRM. Do not substitute an unattributed link if the signup must credit this partner.
The card requires a verified referral code before sharing a funding form.
Confirm the partner is enrolled in the intended campaign, then Refresh from CRM or use Check again when shown. If funding campaign attribution is ambiguous, correct the campaign enrollment in your CRM, return to Partners, and use Refresh from CRM. Check again is unavailable for ambiguous attribution because it cannot reload corrected campaign enrollment. A manually pasted page link does not establish the form’s referral identity. The app will not substitute the internal affiliate record ID or generate an unattributed form. Confirm that the funding campaign points to your Apply for Funding page; a missing or outdated page confirmation also keeps funding assets unavailable. When the card says the Apply for Funding page needs confirmation, ask support to check Partners setup, then reopen the partner. Check again is hidden in that state: refreshing a partner cannot confirm the account’s funding page. Signup assets can still resolve independently. If the card says the campaign referral data needs correction, ask support to repair that campaign data, then use Refresh from CRM. Contact-only retry cannot repair an invalid campaign mapping. If it stays unavailable, ask support to check the campaign’s referral identity and the partner’s CRM referral-link field.
Can partners see these links without me sending them?
Not from Funding Machine — this workspace is internal. Partners get their links from your CRM’s affiliate emails and portal, or from you.
Does the sign-up form create a partner on its own?
No. The submission is captured as a contact; your CRM workflow turns it into a partner.
