Funded Breakdown

Open a Contact to see its Funded Breakdown. Total Funded adds the approved amounts from the visible funding plans, using the same calculation as Amount on the Clients page. Funding plan edits update the Contact view live. You do not need to reload the page to see a saved amount or a newly published plan.

Access

When Only Assigned Data is enabled, Operators see funding plans for their assigned Contacts. Verified Funding Machine agency staff can view published plans for the Contact they are working on, including when they do not have a Location-specific assignment record. Processing drafts stay hidden until they are published to the Operator. Agency access does not publish a draft or change its funding amount.
