Activity Timeline

Every contact has a unified activity timeline showing all actions taken across submissions, funding plans, and invoices.

Where to Find It

  1. Click into any contact from the funding queue
  2. Click the “Activity” tab

What It Shows

The timeline aggregates events from multiple sources:

Submission Events (Blue dots)

  • Submission created
  • Status changed (Plan Needed > In Progress > Complete, etc.)
  • Claimed by [processor name]
  • Unassigned

Funding Plan Events (Gold dots)

  • Funding plan created (with type: Card Stacking, Term Loan, etc.)
  • Plan status changed (Pending > Applied > Approved > Funded)
  • Plan assigned to [processor name]

Invoice & Payment Events (Green dots)

  • Invoice created
  • Invoice sent
  • Payment recorded ($X via [method])
  • Invoice paid in full
  • Invoice written off

Timeline Features

  • Newest first: Most recent events at the top
  • Relative time: Shows “2 hours ago”, “3 days ago”, etc.
  • Actor names: Who performed each action
  • Collapsible: Shows last 10 events by default. Click “Show all” for the full history.

Use Cases

  • Handoffs: Quickly see what the previous processor did
  • Auditing: Verify that proper steps were followed
  • Troubleshooting: Find when a status changed or who made a decision
  • Review calls: Walk through a client’s history during funding reviews
