Activity Timeline
Every contact has a unified activity timeline showing all actions taken across submissions, funding plans, and invoices.Where to Find It
- Click into any contact from the funding queue
- Click the “Activity” tab
What It Shows
The timeline aggregates events from multiple sources:Submission Events (Blue dots)
- Submission created
- Status changed (Plan Needed > In Progress > Complete, etc.)
- Claimed by [processor name]
- Unassigned
Funding Plan Events (Gold dots)
- Funding plan created (with type: Card Stacking, Term Loan, etc.)
- Plan status changed (Pending > Applied > Approved > Funded)
- Plan assigned to [processor name]
Invoice & Payment Events (Green dots)
- Invoice created
- Invoice sent
- Payment recorded ($X via [method])
- Invoice paid in full
- Invoice written off
Timeline Features
- Newest first: Most recent events at the top
- Relative time: Shows “2 hours ago”, “3 days ago”, etc.
- Actor names: Who performed each action
- Collapsible: Shows last 10 events by default. Click “Show all” for the full history.
Use Cases
- Handoffs: Quickly see what the previous processor did
- Auditing: Verify that proper steps were followed
- Troubleshooting: Find when a status changed or who made a decision
- Review calls: Walk through a client’s history during funding reviews
