Some Operators completed Stripe verification before a selfie was required. Staff can accept that earlier evidence without asking the Operator to repeat the check.
  1. Open the correct client in Admin → Onboarding → All requirements → Identity verification.
  2. Expand Identity evidence & corrections and paste the Stripe Dashboard session or customer link into Stripe Dashboard link.
  3. Select Link existing verification. The app checks the Stripe account, environment, verified photo ID, name and linked Operations opportunity.
  4. If the session did not require or perform a selfie check, the app asks for confirmation. Select Accept earlier verification and link only when it was completed under your earlier requirements. If another account uses the session, also review the displayed account before confirming.
The app records the reviewer, time, Stripe session/report and that a photo ID without a selfie was accepted under earlier requirements. It writes KYC Verified to the linked Operations opportunity and confirms the CRM save before completing onboarding identity. The staff panel retains the acceptance explanation. First name and full surname must match the Operations contact and saved identity evidence. Middle names may differ or be omitted without review. Compound surnames and suffixes are preserved. For a nickname or another name difference, use the separate identity name review confirmation and record a reason. You must also accept the displayed earlier-verification warning before linking. This option cannot accept failed or incomplete document/selfie checks, a session that required a selfie, or a session created by this app’s verification flow. New Operator verifications still require photo ID and matching selfie. Card ownership and signed agreement review remain separate. Use Reopen verification to undo acceptance. This returns CRM KYC to Incomplete and detaches the session without canceling it in Stripe.
