Cloud automation uses the CRM’s current configured checkbox choice for Blocked and Tech Calls Complete. Clearing either field removes its selected choice. Each field must have exactly one available checkbox choice in the Operations Location. If a mapped field is missing, belongs to another Location, has a different type, or has ambiguous choices, automation stops that update before sending it and reports CRM checkbox configuration needs review. This message also appears when previewing the update in compute mode. Review the field configuration before running the account again. Older records may contain a literal false option from a previous update. Automation reads that value as unchecked; it does not count as completion. Correct these values using the actual CRM choices when reviewing the record. After an update, automation checks the returned record. A different selected option or an unsuccessful clear leaves the result uncertain and prevents an automatic retry. Inspect the CRM record and the recorded attempt before authorizing another update. The staff onboarding workspace also verifies checklist clears. The CRM may omit a field after its last selected option is removed; that confirms an empty checklist. If a save response is interrupted, use Check save result to verify the original attempt before saving again. Any remaining selected option keeps the clear unconfirmed. These checks validate how a field is saved. See Onboarding for the completion requirements, attendance controls, and automatic progression rules.
