Find and prioritize files

HELOC and Earn While You Learn each have a labeled list with search, workflow filters, file counts, and Refresh. All files shows HELOC first, followed by EWYL. The admin Location selector filters both lists. Opening a file keeps the staff session separate from the file’s Location; returning to the queue restores its program.
  • HELOC: filter funding status separately from fulfillment status. Find unassigned task owners, follow-ups, task sync errors, or unmatched bookings. Search by client, Location, owner, or lender. Open the client or suggested action to manage the file. Owner names remain visible on smaller screens. Follow-up filtering uses the current appointment outcome, so canceled, invalid, and no-show calls remain visible even before CRM task sync succeeds. A rebooked call no longer appears solely because of an older task flag. Outcomes from an earlier underwriting cycle do not override current follow-up.
  • EWYL: active files appear by default. Filter by workflow stage, overdue follow-up, unassigned owner, withdrawal request, or released files. Search by client, Location name, owner, or next action. Withdrawal requests appear first, including requests on completed files, followed by work ordered by follow-up due date. Overdue dates are marked.
Filtered lists check additional pages. EWYL checks up to 250 enrollment records per batch; use Load more EWYL files to continue searching or filtering beyond that batch. Counts marked loaded are partial until all pages have been loaded. If loading fails, existing files remain visible; use Retry loading files to resume the failed request. Clear filters resets the list’s search and workflow controls; the selected Location stays in effect. Task-sync errors are separate: use Retry task sync on the affected HELOC file to retry the task update. Reloading the list does not retry that write. Open Admin → Internal → 7F Fulfillment to work these lists. See the 7F Fulfillment process for handoff, appointment, collection, and withdrawal responsibilities.
