In Admin → Onboarding, select a client in Compliance. The Onboarding call card appears beneath the compliance checks in both the side drawer and expanded view. It is also available under All requirements for other stages.
  • Book onboarding call opens the existing FM Onboarding team calendar in a new tab.
  • Copy link copies that same prefilled URL for the Operator.
  • Email booking link opens a draft addressed to the contact’s saved email. Review and send it from your email application; opening the draft does not send a message.
The URL uses the first name, last name, email and phone from the selected opportunity’s verified Operations contact, not the signed-in staff member or a different account. A valid email or phone is required to offer the shortcut; an email address is required for the email draft. Missing names can be completed on the calendar. Keep the prefilled email and phone unchanged so the CRM can match the existing contact. The link contains contact details: share it only with that Operator. Prefill is matching assistance, not proof that an appointment has been created or linked. After booking, use Refresh booking to reload the appointment and the contact details used by the booking link and email draft. Links remain unavailable if the contact cannot be verified; retry with Refresh context. The card shows the recorded FM onboarding 1 appointment only when CRM reads associate it with this contact. If it is missing or needs review, check Calls & notes and the calendar configuration before booking again. Save other edits first; booking refresh requires a verified, enabled account mapping. The calendar’s existing host assignment and opportunity ownership workflow continue to handle the handoff. Once the owner changes and the queue refreshes, the record leaves the previous owner’s My clients view. Opening or sharing the link does not change ownership, complete attendance or advance a stage.
