View as Operator

Admin impersonation lets you see any location’s data exactly as the operator sees it. Perfect for troubleshooting, auditing, and support.

How to Use

Go to Admin Locations

Navigate to Admin > Locations

Click into a Location

Select any location from the list

Click View as Operator

Click the amber “View as Operator” button (eye icon) in the header

Browse as the Operator

You’ll see their dashboard, applicants, clients, credit reports, and settings

Exit When Done

Click “Exit” in the amber banner at the top to return to admin

What You See

When impersonating, you see the full operator experience:
  • Their dashboard with their metrics
  • Their applicants and clients
  • Their credit reports
  • Their reports and settings
  • Everything scoped to that location’s data

The Banner

A persistent amber banner appears at the top of every page while impersonating:
  • Shows “Admin Mode: Viewing [Location Name]”
  • Has an “Exit” button to stop impersonating
  • Cannot be dismissed (safety feature)
Only super admins can use View as Operator. If you don’t see the button, you don’t have the required permissions.

Tips

  • The impersonation state survives page navigation (you can click around freely)
  • Use Cmd+K (global search) while impersonating to find specific contacts in that location
  • Combine with Demo Mode (Cmd+Shift+D) if you need to screen share what you’re seeing
