Auto-Assign
When enabled, new submissions are automatically assigned to processors based on workload.How It Works
- A new submission arrives
- The system checks if auto-assign is enabled
- It finds the processor with the fewest active items
- If there’s a tie, it picks whoever was assigned least recently (round-robin)
- The submission is automatically claimed for that processor
Auto-assign runs immediately when a submission is created. There’s no delay.
Manual Override
Auto-assign doesn’t prevent manual work:- Processors can still click Claim on any unassigned item
- Pull Next still works in My Queue
- Admins can reassign items at any time

Set Max Load
Set a maximum number of items per processor. Once reached, they won’t receive new auto-assignments.
