Open Admin → Prospecting → Funnel. The page shows how far leads got after they were routed to Operators. It is restricted to FM admins and covers every Operator and campaign.

What each step counts

Leads are grouped by the day they arrived, in Mountain time. Each step counts the leads that reached at least that step, so the numbers never grow down the funnel. Funded uses the same rule as the weekly lender report. Card funding plans don’t get a separate Funded status, so a card plan marked Approved counts as funded. $ funded sums the funded plan amounts, or the pinned funded amount when the lead has one. Each step shows its conversion from the previous step and from leads received. Below the funnel, the same counts are broken down by campaign and by Operator.

Choose the dates

Pick Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, All time, or Custom with a start and end date. The range selects leads by the day they arrived, so a lead from August that funded in October counts in August. Recent days are still converting and will rise as applicants move forward.

Blind spots

  • Funding recorded only outside the app is not counted.
  • Some funded leads rely on a funded amount pinned on the lead by an Operator or staff. The page shows how many leads and dollars that covers.
  • Funded leads without a recorded amount count as funded but add nothing to $ funded. The page shows how many there are.

Freshness

The last 7 days of lead arrivals refresh every hour and older days refresh nightly. The page shows when the oldest day in the selected range was last refreshed. If some days in the range have not been computed yet, for example right after the page first ships, a warning says how many and the totals leave them out until the next refresh. If an Operator’s contact has more funding plans than the lender report reads per contact, the page says how many leads that affects; their funding may be undercounted.

Operator-reported stages

The Leads page still shows the stage Operators set on each lead (for example “Funded · paid”). Those numbers are labeled Operator-reported because Operators rarely update them; use the Funnel page for measured conversion.
