Open Admin → Settings → Super Admins. Only a Super Admin can open the list or change it; anyone else sees a notice instead. A Super Admin can see and change every Location, including billing and permissions. Every Super Admin, including one granted here, can also grant and revoke other Super Admins.

Grant or revoke

  • Grant: enter the person’s email and choose Grant Super Admin. Access starts within about 30 seconds.
  • Revoke: choose Revoke on an active row and confirm. They lose Super Admin access within about 30 seconds. Any other staff access they have, such as CRM agency access, is unchanged.
  • Grant again: granting a revoked email makes the same entry active again.
The list shows who granted or revoked each person and when. Every grant and revoke is also kept as a permanent record.

Bootstrap Super Admins

Two emergency Super Admins are set in code. They appear read-only and cannot be granted or revoked here.

Known limits

A Super Admin granted here passes the same admin checks as a bootstrap Super Admin, including the “Require CRM sign-in page” rule. A few views decide what to show in the browser and still recognize only the bootstrap Super Admins: View as Operator, opening another Location’s page in the Operator workspace, and the HELOC prescreen report, Underwriting accuracy and Credit pull audit pages. These views also accept CRM agency users, so they only affect a Super Admin granted here who is neither a CRM agency user nor signed in from an admin Location.
