How to Delete Partners
Deleting a partner permanently removes them and all associated data — leads, customers, commissions, and payouts.
Deletion cannot be undone and the data cannot be recovered. Do not delete a partner who has activity you still need; mark them inactive instead.
Steps
- From the left navigation, open Marketing, then select Affiliate Manager → Affiliate.
- Find the partner (scroll or search), click the three vertical dots next to their profile, and select Delete.
- Confirm in the pop-up by clicking Delete. Click Cancel or outside the pop-up to back out.

What happens to a deleted partner’s data? All of it — leads, customers, commissions, payouts — is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Can I delete multiple partners at once? No, partners are deleted individually to prevent accidental deletions.
